We heart Hodgman…

Thank you to Daily Show Resident Expert and anthropomorphized computer John Hodgman, who has made us blush with his very gracious imitation blog post.

We look forward to your return. We’ll give you a tour of the new media bunker currently under construction.

Here’s a video from a long long time ago, when John hosted the old Bill Dwight Show, with guest David Rees. And my hair was much shorter.

Well, hellooooo Larry!

Larry Parnass of the Daily Hampshire Gazette also has some kind words about our return. Thanks for listening and spreading the word!

Thanks for the shout-out, Masslive

Masslive ran a nice little piece about our comeback. Good to know this here “new media” can penetrate the 3 foot wide, lead-lined concrete walls of our world media domination bunker…

Welcome to The Bill Dwight Show 2.0.

I know that many of you have questions about what’s going on, and the truth is: we don’t even have all the answers yet.  The possibilities are dizzying.  The offers are flattering and gratifying.  We started the week with a few ideas, and suddenly…it was all happening.  It’s been an exhilarating and exhausting 72 hours.  And it could not have been done without the help of some truly amazing people.  Thanks to Tom Pappalardo of Standard Design for putting together an amazing looking website, and being available at a moment’s notice to help with audio emergencies. Thanks also to our new engineer Tom Malsbury for all the research, the computer work, the sound engineering, and the motivation. Thanks to “Buttercup” Bill Scher for the burgers and the use of the extra mic, and for getting the World Media Domination ball rolling. Thanks to Traci Olsen and Sarah Buttenwieser for enthusiasm.  Thanks to Tina McElmoyl for driving me around and feeding me just now, because I was too tired to function.

And of course, a huge thanks to all of you who clamored for more, who asked what you could do to help. This is for you.

And now, thanks to Rachel Maddow, we have for you a little taste of what’s to come.

Oh yes. Stay tuned…right here….
