We welcome back old friend of the show Adam Novitt, recently named Director of the Lilly Library in Florence, to talk about the value of libraries…and whatever else he wants to talk about; conversations with Adam always take unexpected and delightful turns. We also note the passing of two beloved and respected area residents.
Another week, another example of cops behaving badly. Meanwhile, here in Northampton, we’re fortunate to have a choice between two progressive, community-minded officers as finalists for our Chief of Police. We also have a choice of some very cool looking benches, thanks to some community-minded youth.
Coming up this weekend, catch Bill, Jaz, and a bunch of other fun and talented folk in Life in the (413), an evening of radio plays and music celebrating our favorite part of the state. We also talk about a woman on the cover of a magazine.
